I’ve just received my order today and I wanted to share my honest feedback. First, I’m really happy with the overall quality of the products. Each and everything was packed very nicely and all items look high quality.
However, there is one issue. The lipstick liner that I ordered arrived broken. Even though the seal on the product was intact and the outer packaging was fine, when I opened it the product inside was already snapped and crumbled. Because of this it is completely unusable for me now.
I’m a bit disappointed because I was specifically excited for this lipstick liner. Apart from this one item, everything else in the order is perfect and exactly as described.
