Refund Policy

Please notify us within 7 days if your goods is broken, faulty, or inaccurate at the time of delivery. Items can be returned up to 7 days after delivery. Please note that if the item is "no longer needed or Change of mind, " a return request will be denied.

All Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, with all original packing, seals, and tags attached), with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. All returned products are subjected to a quality check to guarantee that they are returned in their original condition. If a product is returned to us in poor condition, we have the right to return it to the customer back.

You have the option to cancel your order at any moment before it is sent. Please contact our customer service team at 0318 5858095 to cancel your order. If your order is delivered before you cancel it, you can still cancel it by refusing to accept it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return request is denied, we will notify you of the reason. Your goods will be returned to you without fee for shipping.
