How to Curl and Lock Straight Lashes
Curl first: clamp the lashes at the base with an eyelash curler for a few seconds, then move halfway up and clamp again.
Load the wand properly: swirl the wand inside the tube instead of pumping it. Pumping pushes air in, which dries mascara out and makes it clumpy.
Apply from the root: wiggle the wand at the base of the lashes, then sweep upwards.
Second coat while wet: add it before the first coat dries, for more thickness without clumps.
Comb out: if lashes stick together, separate them with a clean spoolie.
Pro Tip
Hold the wand still at the roots for two seconds on your last coat. This helps the curl stay up longer.
